Jeff Rice was quite responsive to my requests and inquiries. When not immediately available, he followed up in a reasonable amount of time. Jeff worked well with my contractor and they coordinated to ensure a practical design that worked within the constraints of the existing structures, zoning, and good design practice. Permits were easily obtained for his design with no questions or rework.Jeff seemed committed to his mantra of budget by design. The resulting project came in within the target we had set initially. I can say with all candor that JRN Design fulfilled their obligations and my expectations on my project.

JRN Design Associates LLC is simply amazing. I've worked in the building trades so I've seen the good and the bad. JRN Design Associates is the best. It sounds redundant because so many people agree but for the perfect construction project at the best value (cost) just start here and you won't go wrong. JRN not only brought ideas we never could have seen but they treat the project like it's their own home. Builders are great people and most do a great job of building what is on the design (blueprint)but you need someone to make that design exactly what you want plus to find ways to do it better and often less costly. That is what JRN can do for you. Plus they will see the project right to the end. If you want solutions before the problems arise call JRN Design Associates. I would not build or remodel without them on my team.

J.R.N. has exceeded our expectations in how responsive, quick and creative he has been in working with us to create house plans.His first set of plans arrived within 24 hours of meeting with us. Jeffrey has had the patience of Job in creating alternative plans and revisions as we explore all of the various possibilities.We are learning how we can creatively maintain our modest budget without sacrificing quality orstyle. For example we are using a square footprint for our bungalow that includes the garage, eliminating the need for two foundations and two sets of trusses.
